Based on the TV show of the same name, the player must help Gilligan and the gang save the island god "Kona" to do this the player must collect the 7 ingredients needed to make the antidote. Then get it to Kona before it evaporates.
The game features 2 ball a multi-ball and extra ball bonuses. The action is displayed on a 15" X 4" dot matrix screen.
