A 1 on 1 fighting game with interactive backgrounds. There is an initial set of characters to select, with the rest being time released. Some of the hidden characters include Cloud, Tifa and Sephiroth from Playstation mega hit "Final Fantasy VII" made by Squaresoft, these characters turn up in the VS CPU mode.
All characters have mega moves and some characters even have weapons that can be drawn out in order to inflicted heavier damage. The energy needed to pull off mega moves, along with other bonuses can be found by breaking open crates.
