This is the second game in the Quiz Magic Academy series where players are required to participate in a magic-themed quiz competition.
Every player belongs to a dormitory and when they fight in the nationwide online tournament, their points go to their dormitory. Players must progress through the different levels, and each level has a different genre and set of questions designed to challenge their knowledge. As a player progresses, they are also upgraded in skill from beginner through to wise man. Each player can acquire a magic pet, which is born from an egg. As the player progresses through the genres / levels, the pet keeps changing its form. There are new teachers who have joined the academy since the first game, with each teacher in charge of one of the dormitories.
