Row Winner is a prize arcade machine based around the game of Tic Tac Toe. There are two levels of prizes available - minor prize and major prize.

Players have to time their presses of a button to enter a "X" or "O". When two "X" or "O" are in a row, the player is rewarded with a minor prize, or can risk it all in the hope of claiming a major prize. when three "X" or "O" are in a row, the player is rewarded with a major prize.
