Sega MLB Card Gen is a baseball themed card collecting video game. Players collect cards, manage their team, and use their cards as part of a baseball game.

The machine has a touch screen and a playing field with stand up card readers. Players place their MLB cards into the readers which then incorporates the baseball player data into the game. Players then use the touchscreen to play a game of baseball by pitching and batting. The machine dispenses a MLB playing card after every play, with over 300 different kinds of cards to collect.
