In a High Court hearing on 18 July in Cardiff, Capital Gaming accepted undertakings by former Coinmaster directors, Rory Allin, Michael John and from T&R Operations Ltd and C2P Ltd, prohibiting them from duplicating a range of Coinmaster designs, now owned by Capital Gaming. An interim undertaking was also accepted from the supplier involved in the alleged breach of design rights. The injunction against Tony Lynch, former chairman of Coinmaster, still remains in place. Managing Director of Capital Gaming Adrian Parker (pictured) said, "Following this rather unfortunate episode we are pleased at the outcome. Capital Gaming can now concentrate on servicing our clients and providing more high quality automated gaming machines to the market."
