Digital Centre at ALARRA Show
Digital Photo Industries, Digital Centre's distributor in Australia, attended the ALAARA show in Australia, from September 9-11 at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast on behalf on Digital Centre, based in Barcelona. Attendees from Digital Photo Industries said, "The show was brilliant, and the response to our products was fantastic." They found their new Instant Souvenir photo wireless system was very popular among the visitors at the show.
The "Metermaid" girls attended the Digital Centre booth and had pictures taken with the visitors. The meter maid girls are a popular phenomenon at the Gold Coast, and were introduced in 1965 to help beat the bad image created by the installation of parking meters on the tourist strip in December 1964.
