2004 Park Show International

2004 Park Show International
2004 Park Show International
The 2004 edition of the Park Show International, a Show of Equipment & Components for Amusement Parks, Water Parks & Fairgrounds is being held at Rimini Fiera, Italy, from February 26 - 28, simultaneously with ENADA Spring International Coin-op Show.

Preparations are under way for the 11th edition of Park Show International, the expo organised by Rimini Fiera and Facto Edizioni with the sponsorship of Anesv-Agis and Unionparchi. The show organisers have been at work for months planning the strategy of the 2004 edition of this show, an event of truly international importance. In 2004, the expo will focus on small to average sized moving attractions and games which have low environmental impact and accessible costs, are easily transported and can be replaced through time. This is based on close study of the most recent market trends, which showed a preference for leisure structures which are compact or even built into locations such as shopping centres, mega stores, multiplexes, hotels, tourist villages, restaurants and agritourism venues, not to mention museums and science centres.

The Park Show International will showcase a wide range of completely operative attractions and equipment for all types of permanent and travelling parks, playgrounds and public areas: roundabouts and amusement arcades, aquatic and inflatable attractions, modular playgrounds, games and toys for parks and gardens, sets and decorations, lighting and AV systems, sports and game equipment, miniature trains and all the sector's back-up services.

Alongside the product showcase, Park Show International will also host numerous side events - as well as the traditional trade association meetings, the show will offer new opportunities for cultural interaction and professional updating, with conferences, workshops, events and entertainment.

Holding the expo simultaneously with SAPAR-AGIS's ENADA Spring International Coin-op Show is expected to further favour the influx of international trade members and optimize business opportunities for exhibiting firms, enabling two similar complementary trades to work together directly.

From an architectural and logistic point of view, Rimini's new expo centre is the ideal location for hosting two leading edge expos simultaneously, due to its size (82,000 square metres, to be increased to 109,000 between 2004 and 2005 thanks to the construction of four new halls, already under way) and its comprehensive services, able to satisfy the requirements of a modern dynamic sectors with high technological content, such as the leisure industry.
