Sammy's Upcoming Titles for Atomiswave
Last month, Sammy presented Knight of Valor 3, Guilty Gear Isuka, Net Select and Force Five at the JAMMA show and is pleased to present its line-up of upcoming software titles for the new Atomiswave arcade game platform.
As a part of the company's New Entertainment World of Sammy (NEWS) program, they have now released Netselect Salaryman Kintaro and Guilty Gear Isuka for the new Atomiswave arcade game platform system and are ready to burst into the world market.
Netselect Salaryman Kintaro is an online table game suite featuring characters from the highly popular comic "Salaryman Kintaro." The comic depicts the adventures of Kintaro, a heroic corporate employee and has gained nationwide popularity especially among contemporary office workers. The following four games are included: Sannin Mah-Jong, Daifugo, Reversi and Tactics. The software includes support for AW-NET, allowing players to keep track of in-game performance and providing statistics such as high score and time rankings, with a colourful suite of additional services in the works that are sure to maximize player enjoyment.
Guilty Gear Isuka is the latest in the widely acclaimed Guilty Gear X series of arcade fighting games, and comes to Atomiswave with new rules and support for AW-NET. AW-NET is a system that connects Atomiswave machines via the Internet and allows players to check their rankings, high scores and times whenever they wish. Players will also be able to change their character's colours or initial game levels by earning AW-NET POINTS. These can also be used to vote on content-related events that provide new cell phone ring tones or wallpaper files depending on user popularity.
Isuka means crossbill "To be as crossed as a crossbill's beak," means to be at cross-purposes, e.g. "Their opinions were as crossed as a crossbill's beak."
