FX Simulation Return From Great Preview 2004 Show
John and Alan Fleming have every reason to be pleased with their second attendance at the Preview show held at the Hammersmith Novotel. As far as sales go, FX Simulation managed to average one per day with many leads to follow upon their return to Scotland. "We achieved a sale to a new customer in Ireland on the first day and we received and order from an existing customer on the second day," said John Fleming.
FX Simulation who manufacture the U2 Mirage (pictured) at their headquarters in Scotland believe that they are the furthest travelled exhibitor. John and Alan Fleming both exhibited on their 2.5M x 1M stand in the entrance lobby. "We are delighted with the size and location of the stand," said John Fleming, Managing Director. "Everyone passes our stand to visit the exhibition and it gives us the opportunity to meet everyone we need to."
Their simulator the U2 Mirage was not present at the exhibition due to the small size of the stand. Alan Fleming, Marketing Director said "We don't feel the need to bring our simulator to this exhibition, we have over thirty simulators operating in the UK with eight simulators operating around London itself, including two in the Trocadero, there are plenty of simulators out in the field for customers to see."
FX Simulation look forwards to next years Preview show where they are planning to attend and although they will not be bringing a simulator, they do have plans to bring part of the simulator. Both John and Alan are keeping the details about their Preview 2005 plans close to their chest but did hint that a taster of what to expect will be at ATEI.
With the sales picked up at Preview and the expected sales over the coming months, FX Simulation continue to consolidate the U2 Mirage's position of the UK's most successful two seater simulator. No other two seater simulator has ever been as successful or profitable as the U2 Mirage.
