Coral Moves First to Site Poker Video/AWP
Coral has broken new ground by becoming the first bookmaker to site Project's Joker Poker video/AWP. The initiative follows a 12-month testing and consultation period involving game manufacturer, operator and retailer.
Project managing director, Tony Boulton said, "The key commercial issue is that the Joker Poker profile is not that of a traditional AWP. The product attracts new players, generating new revenue streams for the sites. This is exactly the same pattern that we've experienced in arcades and adult gaming centres, which is obviously great news for the industry as it attempts to broaden the player base."
"This success has not been achieved overnight. It's been a text book example of how manufacturers, operators and retailers should work together. For that, credit must be paid to Leisure Link and Coral who have had the vision to bring an exciting new product type to the LBO sector," Mr Boulton said.
