The board and members of European Casino Operators Association (ECOA) would like to extend their heartfelt condolences to the family of Jaime Vaca de Arrazola. The ECOA have received the recent notification of Jaime's death with with great sadness and recognise that the industry has lost a highly professional and dedicated man.
ECOA said that Jaime was what could be described as a founder member of the organisation, when he attended an initial meeting back in January 2003 at ICE. They said his energy and enthusiasm for the industry that he loved, plus his dedication to the cause of ECOA were unquestionably his great strengths plus his permanent good humour and willingness to help.
