Xtreme Technicians Meeting at Funworld
Technicians from ten European countries visited the tenth international technicians' meeting at Funworld in Schörfling, Austria from 4 - 5 December, where they had an advance preview of Photo Play's upcoming products.
After the official welcome by Funworld's chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Marco Huter, the innovative Powerbox Xtreme was introduced. Powerbox Xtreme is the core of the Photo Play terminals generation. The show was followed by workshops during which the participants had the opportunity to thoroughly examine the new SPIRIT Xtreme and SMART Xtreme hardware and its improved service friendliness.
The novelties of Update 2004 were glimpsed during the afternoon, and special workshops were held for technicians to study the new features, online functions and networking techniques.
The second day of the meeting was launched with a preview of the Photo Play World Games -scheduled to be held in Alpbach at the end of March 2004. The preview was followed by a workshop on networking that placed special emphasis on the possibilities of fault diagnosis and service of the Photo Play terminals directly from each technician's home base. The day closed with a detailed round of discussions in the course of which each technician was given a diploma confirming him a "certified Photo Play Xtreme technician."
