Astra's Fruits Unveiled at ATEI 2004
The fruits of Astra's intense development over the last year will be unveiled on a stunning new stand 1170 at ATEI 2004. Positioned toward the back of the hall, the newly designed stand retains the eye-catching arch of previous years making it easy to spot in the crowd.
Astra have had one eye on the future with regards to the UK, culminating in the creation of a variety of exciting games for the home market. AWP Pick n Mix offers a simple game with a multitude of new and fun packed features, and will be accompanied by successful games Diamond 7s, Party Time Player and Slot Idol. Latest "Cash Falls" addition "Party Time Surprise," a game that has been a great success since it's launch will also be making an appearance.
On the multi player front, Preview launched Bullion Bars Arena will be joined by two impressive new games, both based around two of the most talked about AWP games of 2003. Two player Party Time Arena brings another addition to the Party Time theme. Party Games ruled the roost at last year's ATEI, and in keeping with Astra's trend of showing innovative product at the show, this year's 42" plasma "surprise" is guaranteed to impress everyone.
King Poker, Astra's rock 'n' roll themed poker game, will be present in two game play formats in Astra's casino cabinet. The must see new video AWP will be "Mexicana," a game that puts the "amusement" back into AWP by way of some brilliant graphics and highly entertaining game play. The next development for video AWP will also be unveiled, again an essential viewing for anybody interested in the future of lo tech gaming.
Astra's Director of Sales and Marketing Simon McCarthy is looking forward to the show:
"This year Astra really do have a wide and varied line-up. We have moved the goal posts once again with regards to all of our products, and each product will have been site tested before the show. Our new stand and position at the back of the hall reflects the confidence we have in the games, and I look forward to seeing everyone there."
As always, innovation features strongly in the multi national line-up, games for established markets including the Netherlands, Hungary and Czech Republic incorporating dynamic new ideas and fresh approaches to game play. New markets Denmark, Italy and Poland will also be heavily represented with exciting AWPs and multi players alike.
