VirTra Systems, Inc. today announced its initial sale to the Defense & Security Systems Division of Nikunj Eximp Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., in Mumbai, India and that Red Baron Pizza has renewed and will upgrade its Red Baron Flight Club mobile airshow promotion for the 2004 season.

"Nikunj is a large, multi-million dollar Indian company serving the technological needs of Indian law enforcement and military," said Michael Kitchen, VirTra Systems' vice-president of training/simulation.

"This is very significant for both VirTra Systems and Nikunj. With India's military and police expected to purchase millions of dollars in required simulation training this year, both companies are prepared to facilitate these requirements and have planned accordingly."

"We anticipate continued sales in international channels, and expect our numerous demonstrations, on-going negotiations, and attendance at one of the industry's top trade shows in March to accelerate our products' domestic market acceptance," Mr Kitchen said.

Nikunj Eximp Enterprises purchased the IVR-300T HD, a 300-degree situational awareness and judgmental use-of-force firearms training system.

According to VirTra Systems, the expansion of the Red Baron Flight Club mobile airshow will increase the number of visitors that the promotion can simultaneously serve, and will also add a newly-filmed, high-definition experience on upgraded VirTra Systems' immersive virtual reality installations inside the attraction.

"Formerly, the technology utilized in the Flight Club provided 360-degree by 70-degree vision," said Bob Ferris, VirTra Systems' president.

"With the renewal and upgrade, VirTra Systems will re-film the stunt experience utilizing a new process allowing a high-definition, spherical 360-degree by 360-degree perspective for the viewer," Mr Ferris said.

"This technological advance will continue to establish VirTra Systems as a preferred high-tech vendor to the advertising/promotional industry."

"Last year, the Red Baron Flight Club had one-to-one contact with more than 350,000 visitors, so we felt this was the perfect time to update the experience for 2004, and also upgrade to VirTra Systems' new-increased field-of-view technology, to continue to provide memorable experiences for our air show visitors," said Amy Ruegg, Red Baron Pizza brand manager.

"VirTra Systems' promotional projects continue to thrill our visitors and promote Red Baron frozen pizza products well."
