Photo Play - A Top Hit in Waiting Rooms
Funworld's cooperation with the Manstein publishing house's MOS (Medicine Online Service) came to a successful close with the announcement of the overall winner of the competition, Dr. Günther Hirschberger - pictured - from Wartberg in Mürztal.
MOS is a service platform, which keeps medical practitioners informed on the latest developments and research results. From August to December 2003, doctors also had the opportunity of playing a Photo Play game, which was changed monthly via this Internet service platform. By entering their high scores, players were able to qualify for the main prize, a Photo Play SMART 2.1. terminal for their waiting rooms. Funworld said the feedback it received about the competition was excellent.
According to Funworld, the lucky winner, Dr. Günther Hirschberger, was one of the most enthusiastic players right from the start of the competition, and had been able to obtain and set-up in his waiting room one of the sought-after trial terminals for a one-month period during the competition.
Photo Play has become a "top hit" in waiting rooms not only with children, but also with Dr Hirschberger and his employees, who continue to play after the official closing time.
