Dave Barron, Managing Director of Sega Amusements Europe and JPM International, has announced his departure to pursue new opportunities. Dave had been with Sega for 16 years and as part of his remit had taken over responsibility for JPM since the departure of Steve Murray in 2002.

Both companies wish Dave all the luck for the future and he has been instrumental in guiding them through a very demanding last couple of years. Taking over the reigns in the interim for JPM will be Finance Director Tony Jones and at Sega Amusements Europe Sales Director Paul Williams.

Paul Williams said, "Dave has been part of SEGA for a long time working initially in the Consumer Division and latterly the Amusement Division. He is a great guy and we are all saddened by his departure. Nevertheless we all wish him all the very best for the future."

Commenting on Dave's departure Tony Jones said, "Dave has been involved in a number of significant changes within JPM since 2002, notably ensuring a smooth transition following Steve's departure, plus he was involved in the initial stages of the recent JPM/Franco joint agreement, as well as investigating new business opportunities. We wish him luck for his future success."
