IT's VP of International Sales to Serve on ITAC
Incredible Technologies (IT), a manufacturer of coin-operated video games, is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Robert Fay to the U.S. Department of Commerce's Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC) on Consumer Goods. Mr Fay, Vice President of International Sales and Government Relations at IT, was re-installed to the prestigious committee early last month and will now be entering his 14th year of service.
Formerly an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Fay began his duties on ITAC while functioning as the President of the American Amusement Machine Association in 1990. "Being a part of this committee has always been a great honor," said Mr Fay. "My involvement with the group is critical to Incredible Technologies' pervasive expansion in the international marketplace."
ITAC, formerly named the Industry Sector Advisory Committee (ISAC) on Consumer Goods, serves as an integral link between the United States Government and a variety of consumer goods industries. Other sectors represented by the committee include food and beverage, sporting goods, housewares, jewelry and lawn care. Eligibility for service on the committee requires employment by an American company involved in international matters, as well as approval for Top Security Clearance.
The committee typically meets three to four times throughout the year at the Department of Commerce's office in Washington, DC. ITAC representatives provide industry specific reports that are instrumental to international trade and tariff decisions made by the Department of Commerce and the office of the United States Trade Representative. "This committee is the definitive resource for policy makers," said Mr Fay. "IT remains the only coin-op manufacturer with an opportunity to influence international trade for the entire industry at this level."
Along with its flagship product, Golden Tee Golf, Incredible Technologies' stable of top-earning games includes Big Buck Hunter, Carnival King and their newest sensation, Silver Strike Bowling. Through its International Tournament System, IT conducts online Golden Tee tournaments in the U.S., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, England, Ireland, Sweden, and South Africa.
