Gaelco Announces Ring Riders Release
Gaelco has announced the release of its latest video game, Ring Riders, where players sit on the replica motorbike shell, press the start button and place both feet on the footrests to activate the motion of the bike. The players weight allows the motorbike to move and tilt, and the movements determine those of the character on the screen. Ring Riders tests players nerves and skills by requiring them to take jumps through the air, ride the bike through coloured rings, slide through corners and swerve to avoid collisions. Players can choose between twenty different characters to assume and two circuits - the Seaquake Ride or the Hurricane Ride. The circuits feature diverse ground types of sand, water and mud to increase the challenge. The game's difficulty can be adjusted by changing the weather conditions to day, afternoon, night, rain or snow.
