Top Thrill Dragster Back in Operation
Cedar Point's Top Thrill Dragster is scheduled to be back in operation today, following its closure last week when four riders were hit and injured by pieces of metal that sheered off the cable on Monday 12 July. Authorities said the injuries were comparable to bee stings, however the ride was closed so the cable could be repaired and inspected. Although the ride will be back in operation today, park officials have said the ride may experience some intermittent down time for maintenance.
