Money Controls is set to take the Asian market by storm - teaming up with Singapore's Sincere Supply to boost an on-going action plan to provide first class technical support and reinforce premium products across the complete gaming range, including Ardac 5. The Australasian Gaming Expo AGE 2004, is set to run from 29-31 August at Darling Harbour, NSW, Australia and is hosted by the Australian Gaming Machine Manufacturers' Association (AGMMA). The show is attended by around 200 companies each year and attracts some 12,000 visitors. Visitors to the Money Controls stand no.463 will be informed about the new partnership, gaming product capabilities and increased customer focus. Money Controls' service and supply partner, Sincere, a reputable name within the Asian gaming sector will provide technical support, sales and training for Money Controls products throughout Asia. This partnership will further enhance the high levels of support available to operators and casinos using Money Controls gaming products, particularly Ardac 5, the self-contained note/bill and ticket/coupon acceptor with cassette stacking system, offering premium performance and security. Ardac 5 can simultaneously manage multiple currencies and is capable of high speed acceptance – less than 3.25 seconds from note to note. Up to 550 street-grade bank notes can be stored in the cassette and an optional Ardac Smart intelligent cassette and docking station is available which audits contents and reduces security risks and processing costs.

Money Controls will also take advantage of its appearance at AGE to inform customers about new local firmware support for Ardac 5. Bill Murphy, Sales Director Asia Pacific, said, "Money Controls Pty will now carry out firmware development in Sydney for all currency development requirements throughout Asia. This will be a major breakthrough for operators, significantly reducing time required to develop and release firmware updates. Timely firmware development is critical to our customers for eliminating frauds and counterfeits, improving acceptance levels due to aging notes, and for updates when new notes are released. The availability of local firmware development is also critical to gaming machine manufacturers (OEMs) as Money Controls Pty will be in a position to produce new currency firmware quickly, allowing OEMs to commence machine sales without lengthy delays." Money Controls will also provide casinos and OEMs with increased technical support through the secondment of UK-based Senior Field Services Engineer, Damion Rushton who will carry out intensive training in Asia across the entire gaming product range. This range includes the Condor Plus coin and token acceptor; the SR5i coin acceptor with remote capability; the Ardac 5 note/bill and barcoded ticket/coupon acceptor; Money Controls' comprehensive range of hoppers including Cyclone, Universal and Gamesman; the Paycheck Coinless Printer of payout tickets and coupons; and support tools including the open standard ccTalk serial communication protocol for the secure transfer of credit and status information. Bill Murphy said, "We are pleased at the advancements we have made with regard to increased technical support which will bring huge benefits to both operators and casinos. Money Controls Pty is delighted to be working on this development with such a well-respected partner as Sincere who we know will help to provide even higher levels of customer service."
