TLC Reveals New Titles to Premiere This Month
TLC Industries recently announced the launch of its reworked and completely revamped edition of Bandits: Phoenix Rising. Not only has the game been completely re-written for Flex Arcade and the coin-op market, it has also been given a different name. Bandits: Phoenix Rising will now be known as Bandits: BattleZone and it has been touted as the next big thing to be released on the arcade platform. Said to be more action packed than Mad Max, players can expect plenty of gun toting, car chasing and rocket launching fury that pits them and their comrades against an enemy collective determined to destroy their honour and claim their territory.
Participants have the choice of three different highly charged vehicles that will transport them and their gang on a mission of revenge through fields laden with traps and explosives, while they are armed to the teeth with artillery of every kind. The game is available in both 27" standup and sit-down, driver cabinets. Bandits: BattleZone will be at IAAPA 2004 from 17-20 November in Orlando Florida, but a preview will be made available to Chicago area media and the general public on 10 November between 2pm and 7pm at the TLC office located at 815 Launt Ave, Schaumberg, IL.
TLC also unveiled its show line up for the 2004 IAAPA show, which will include Bandits: Battle Zone, Hamsterball and Orbz. Marketing Director of TLC, James Hill said, "IAAPA presents a great opportunity for us to make a big splash and present our entire lineup to the amusement park and family entertainment centre industry." TLC's products will be on display at booth #630 at IAAPA 2004.
