Incredible Technologies last month announced it has hired two new salespeople to better serve its growing base of customers. Jennifer Bell will handle all inside sales for the Western Division. Ms Bell, a native of Chicago, previously worked in California for a television production company after earning her degree in television writing from Columbia College. She brings enthusiasm and passion to her new position as well as a bubbly personality. "I can't wait to get started and to help our operators transition to Golden Tee LIVE," she said. "I want all our operators to know that they can call me anytime." Scott Michael is the new Silent Partner salesperson. Mr Michael grew up in Columbus, Ohio and attended the University of Kansas where he majored in journalism. Formerly in the sales department at CDW, Mr Michael is anxious to begin selling the industry's top route-management software program. "Silent Partner is such a powerful system, that I can't wait to show operators how they can save money by managing their route with it. And working with Len Smikun has been great. He's so smart that it's scary. He's got SP doing things that other programmers haven't even thought of yet!" According to Don Pesceone, IT's Vice President of Sales, the hiring of Ms Bell and Mr Michael is another step forward in its plan to be the top sales organization in the business. "IT must be more responsive to operators than other manufacturers," he said. "We know that operators count on us to have all the answers when they call. Product availability, price, shipping specs and costs, financing alternatives – the entire gamut. Jennifer and Scott are bright, enthusiastic, and determined. Our operators will find them more than capable to handle their business."
