Money Controls Launches Free Note & Coin Spec Software

Money Controls has introduced a freely available software package allowing the download of note and coin specification files directly off a secure website. Spectacle is the latest addition to a range of customer support tools supplied and developed by Money Controls and is the first of a series of software applications to be released over the coming months. Spectacle allows the user to navigate between various product types and download the required currency files, enabling up to the minute availability of the latest coin and note specifications.

Previously customers had to contact Money Controls' Technical Support Team to receive updates, which worked well but could sometimes be time-consuming. "Giving customers the opportunity to 'help themselves' to the most recent and relevant specifications provides them with access to what they need, when they need it," said Money Controls' Technical Services Manager, Craig Howell. "We see this as a huge step forward in supporting the effective use of our products in the field."
