Some of the highlights for this year:
- The "Underappreciated Games" area! Come and play outstanding games that for one reason or another never got the public attention they deserve, like Bosconian, Mad Planets, Street Fighter II pinball, and Rescue.
- A full schedule of speakers on both the pin and video side, including many of the names behind the biggest games. Past speakers have included Atari video alumni like Mike Albaugh, Ed Logg, Al Alcorn, Owen Rubin, and pinball legend Steve Ritchie. The always popular "How to Play Pinball" seminars will definitely be back as well as the expert video panel who will discuss their favorite games and give out tips and tricks so you can improve your own scores.
- The Atari "Film Festival! Come see wacky promotional videos from back in the glory days of Atari. These videos have been unearthed from the Atari historical archives and haven't seen the light of day in over 20 years. You won't believe some of the stuff Atari commissioned when they were at the top of their "game" (as it were). Very funny stuff you won't want to miss!
- Win prizes! As always, you could win a pinball or video game in our raffle. Or, enter the pinball tournament and play with the best in the A Division, or for fun and prizes in B Division. Also, there will be a "No-Limit Pinball" match-play tournament.
Last year there were more than 430 games all set on free play: 170+ pinball machines, over 250 video games, and a smattering of "other" games like the unmissable Ringer, Cosmo Gang and Prop Cycle.
