Money Controls Trains Slot Technicians in Macau
Money Controls is helping to supply Macau's booming casino market with a vital source of skilled workforce by providing training for slot technicians. The Macau Tourism and Casino Career Centre (CCC) runs first rate courses for students aiming to forge a career within the tourism and gaming industries. Based in Taipa, CCC employs the highest technology facilities available for teaching and training and seeks representatives from experienced companies which are active and well-reputed throughout Macau to carry out the training. Money Controls' products and services are widely accepted in Macau, as indicated by the response to its presence at the recent Asian Gaming Expo.
"We are strongly committed to the Macau market and our appearance at the Asian Gaming Expo has helped to build our local presence and further promote the Money Controls brand," said Bill Murphy, Money Controls' Sales Director Asia Pacific. "At CCC we focus our training on the course instructors so that they can pass on their acquired knowledge to students at CCC. We will continue to provide regular training visits to ensure they are up to date with all developments at Money Controls and so that all casino floor staff who have been trained at CCC are familiar with our products."
Money Controls is the only manufacturer of secure money components to provide training at CCC and sessions are carried out twice a year for approximately 45 students. CCC expects this number to grow in line with industry developments. Tony Choi, Course Co-coordinator, Slot Training, said, "We are extremely market-orientated and will develop different courses to meet market demand. Our relationship with companies such as Money Controls gives our students access to a pool of teachers with great expertise and experience who are up-to-date with all of the latest products, issues and necessary skills required within the gaming industry. This is helpful to both instructors and students and Money Controls provides excellent training."
