Money Controls Restructures European Sales Force to Focus on Western Market
Money Controls is set to intensify its presence in the Western European Pay to Play, Gaming and Vending markets by assembling a strengthened sales team. Export Sales Manager Stephan Rosseneu has moved to Milan from the UK headquarters to lead a team dedicated to servicing current customers and developing key market sectors in Italy, Spain, France, Benelux and Greece. Sales Manager Sergi Rueda also takes on the role of Office Manager, reporting to Stephan. Sergi spent several years in the technical department of Money Controls' Barcelona branch before being promoted to Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. He will be assisted by Technical Manager, Isabel Reina and Administration Manager, Gemma Garcia, with Javier Zamora on repairs and Alexandra Garcia in charge of logistics and warehouse duties.

"The role of my team is to ensure that Money Controls has local presence in all of the largest Pay to Play, gaming and vending markets of Western Europe," said Mr Rosseneu. "This will provide an enhanced service to customers requiring products tailored to their needs, with support from personnel who are close at hand and who understand the issues affecting their individual regions." Stephan's team will work closely with Maggi Coniature, Money Controls' exclusive distributor and service centre for 30 years in Italy, headed by Bianca Biagioni, MD; and with parent company CoinCo in France, liaising with Director René Plouin. Money Controls Spain will develop all three market segments, with Maggi Coniature focusing on Pay to Play and CoinCo on vending.

Mr Rosseneu said, "By uniting all of our Western European resources, with such strong, multi-talented teams focused on local sales and product support, we are well-positioned to service current customers and develop new markets in this region." Meanwhile the Money Controls GmbH team in Hamburg, headed by General Manager, Heino Schlichting, will continue to service and develop both its domestic market and German-speaking countries such as Austria and Switzerland. The company's responsibilities have now been extended to include Denmark and Poland, with the latter being dealt with in conjunction with Nowopol, its local distributor.
