Enada Rome Trade Show Details Announced
As the inauguration of the 33rd edition approaches, ENADA Rome (Fiera di Roma, 13-16 October 2005) begins to unveil some of the new products that will be featured in the expo area. The key players will be the exhibiting firms, with their great commitment to offering the market new products and technology that are the result of their research and business instinct. ENADA Roma will showcase products from approximately 200 companies.

Elettronolo, exclusive Italian distributor for UK brand Barcrest, has concentrated mainly on video games, taking particular care with the design of the games' superstructures, increasingly easy to handle and with a small footprint, in order to be installed more easily in venues' available space.

Automatic Toys Modena, will bring ENADA Rome its thirty years' experience in manufacturing kiddie rides, from the simplest rocking models, through small merry-go-rounds, to more technical interactive games, in which children can really be the protagonists of their owns amusement (accelerating, braking and making their games do "wheelies"), as well as ball dispensers. The market is also interested in inflatable games, battery-powered cars, go-karts, trains and trampolines. The company is works on the furnishing and fitting of venues, so will also present the brand-new Woody products (tables, chairs, benches and waste bins), featuring bright colours and recherché details, perfect for kiddies' play areas, birthday zones, shopping centres, public and private gardens, terraces, ice cream parlours, store windows and anything else related to the colourful fairytale world of kiddies and older children. ENADA Rome will also host the presentation of the Bicycle Carousel, a new concept in kiddie rides that combines children's amusement with physical movement and competing to go faster. The merry-go-round with two funny clowns in the centre moves by itself when a coin is inserted, but it's the two kiddies (or even just one, since the game has two independent coin slots) that make it go faster by pedalling. The LEDs installed in the arch clearly show who is pedalling the faster. Lastly, Speedy Croco, a motorbike mid-way between a futuristic model and an old style game, with an amusing crocodile on the front. Kiddies accelerate, brake and do "wheelies", and are ensured exciting but completely safe amusement. Other new products will also be presented at ENADA, which will probably host the debut of the New Shuttle.

Faro Games will concentrate on highlighting video games that issue (at the end of each game) tickets that when summed give the right to a prize that players can go and choose from the showcase in the amusement arcade. It's not a new idea, but more and more interest is being shown in Italy for this formula; Faro Games imports them from America, where the system has been popular for years. New models will be presented at ENADA Rome. Faro Games will present various new video games, including the Tsunami, which has nothing to do with the tidal wave in South East Asia, but is the name of the company that manufactures it. In fact, it's a machine equipped with seat that simulates the piloting of an airplane and therefore gives the sensation of flying.
