Face Plate Completes Transition to In House Manufacturing
In December, 2005, Face Place moved into a 6,000 square foot facility housing sales & marketing, customer service, and administration with the plan to quickly bring their manufacturing in house. To do so, they first had to hire and train staff and construct their production line.
The company added 3 members to their team, Electronic Technician, Raymond "Ray" Ortiz, Production Coordinator, Joseph "Joe" Paradise, and Production Assistant, Jerry Jannes (pictured left). As soon as they arrived, they began laying out the production line and on June 9th, shipped their first "home built" photo booth.
"We're proud to have such a professional and experienced staff building our photo booths," said Director of Customer Service and Operations, Frank Becker. "This team isn't satisfied with good, they want great. Their commitment to excellence will be evident in the quality we put into every photo booth we build."
"Face Place is a custom shop," stated President and CEO Gene Lipkin. "Each photo booth we produce is constructed by a team that understands this is ‘our' product. It's a sense of ownership that's consistent in the entire Face Place team resulting in products of superior quality and performance."
