Money Controls Incorporates New 20 Pound Note
As the Bank of England announces the release of a new £20 note Money controls is ahead of the game as ever with products already geared up to deal with it. Money Controls has worked closely with the appropriate authorities to obtain up-to-date, accurate information regarding the design of the note, which will feature economist Adam Smith and incorporate enhanced security features. It will be the same size and predominantly the same colour as the current £20 note.
The note will not be in circulation until Spring 2007 but Money Controls has already completed the software for its comprehensive portfolio of products so that OEMs and operators can prepare themselves for its release. Commercial Manager Craig Howell said: "Software is available for all new products, meanwhile existing products can be upgraded. The contacts we have built up over the years with banks is invaluable when it comes to the introduction of new notes - it enables us to lead the field and offer our customers timely support."
