Brent Sales/Namco Europe have launched a remodelled version of one of the industry's most renowned cranes, unveiling the new ‘Brent's X-Factor Bright' at the recent Preview exhibition in London.
The company secured the licence for X-Factor on the eve of Preview in October 2005 and over the last 12 months have sold the same number of units as Cromptons did over the previous three years.
This new incarnation has been enhanced following a redesign based on operator feedback: set-up is now easier than any other crane; increased lighting has been installed; a promotional top flash added; the claw shape enhanced; new sound files programmed featuring circus/carnival themes; and the play area has been enlarged.
The two-player X-Factor Bright features stunning graphics and lighting, together with highly advanced game features and incredible software capabilities. The patented ‘credit give-away' and instant replay features combine to generate superb income figures. An easy-to-use, hand-held game programmer gives the operator full control over gameplay, whilst audited statistics enable quick and comprehensive analysis of the game's performance.
"When it comes to visibility, accessibility and playability," commented Brent/Namco Product Manager John Brennan, "the high quality construction and ergonomic design give X-Factor the edge over its competitors. And the latest improvements featured in the new Bright model propel its sector-leading status still further."
