Players caught spring fever during the Merit Madness TournaMAXX™ Tournament from Merit Entertainment®. This TournaMAXX event ran during March of this year and featured wild competition on one of the all-time favorite Megatouch® games, 11UP™.

Rich Scanlon went crazy on 11UP this month averaging 171,180 points. Rich plays at the Middle Road Inn in his hometown of Glenshaw, PA on a Megatouch from Pennsylvania Amusements. After a tight race for second place Jesse Schnurer came out on top, besting Linda Futch's average of 170,100 with an average score of 170,320. Jesse plays on a Northern Lakes Amusement machine at the Howling Dog in Manitowish Waters, WI, where he also lives. Linda's Megatouch fun comes courtesy of Raleigh Amusements at the Sports Page in Selma, NC. Fran Ketcham of Northeast, PA hit the Merit Madness Single Game High Score. Fran scored 178,750 at St. Joe's Club in Northeast, which is operated by Skyview Amusements.

"I love playing Megatouch!" said Jesse Schnurer. "It's always a fun way to pass the time, and playing in the tournaments makes it even better. I try to get all of my friends involved in the tournaments."

"Thanks to everyone who participated in this year's Merit Madness tournament," said Bob Mills, Merit's Vice President of North American Sales. "It's your help that makes TournaMAXX such a great Megatouch feature, and keeps the players looking forward to the new events each and every month.
