Texas Hold'em released for TAB-Austria Silverball terminals

Texas Hold'em marks the eighth new game released so far this year for TAB-Austria's Silverball terminal. The game is based around Texas Hold'em poker, which is currently one of the most popular versions of poker and continues to draw large numbers of fans around the world. The game's attraction is that each player is only dealt two cards, which means that they can more easily assess the strength of their own hands.

Texas Hold'em allows players to play live against other opponents all over the world, with TAB-Austria promising that no game will be the same as the previous one. A single player mode is also available, and features a variety of characters.

"In contrast to other games, it is not speed that counts here, but skill. Only those who can play poker properly will win. Tactics, concentration and a knowledge of human character are required," said Karin Scheidl, Marketing Manager at TAB-Austria.
