EELEX 2008 - International Gambling, Lottery and Amusement Show

The 17th international gambling, lottery and amusement show EELEX 2008 took place in Moscow IEC Crocus Expo on September 9-11, 2008. This year the total area of the exhibition was more than 4000 square meters, and exhibitors included MEI, Alsart, Gametronics, GlobalPay, Kart, Unisale, Class 1 Casino, and World of Lotteries.

During three days more than 4500 people visited the Show. The trade show generated a great deal of interest in the Russian market gaining coverage on TV channels RTR Vesti, RBK TV, and Zakon TV. The exhibition was also covered by print publications Kommersant, Russian Newsweek, and Vedomosti.

The official opening conference included representatives of gambling zones including O.Kuznetsov (Kamskie Polyani), I. Privalov (Kamskie Polyani), G. Yarovoy (Head of gambling regulation department of Rostovskij region), and A.Arutunov (representative of Krasnodar regions administration ).

After the opening conference the congress 'Gambling zones in Russian Federation' was held which focused on questions regarding the gambling zones and alternatives of amusement business, such as lotteries, on-line solutions, and betting.
