Brent/Namco secure 'Terminator Salvation' for European debut at EAG
Brent Sales/Namco Europe has added to its presence at the European Amusement and Gaming (EAG) Expo by securing the exclusive distribution rights (UK, EMEA, CIS and surrounding territories) to the Raw Thrills/Play Mechanix light gun game 'Terminator Salvation'.
Terminator Salvation is based on one of the all-time, best selling sci-fi franchises. The game includes a 42" High Definition LCD display and an impressive cabinet which includes a T-600 model marquee topper with glowing red eyes. Players use heavy-duty recoiling rifles to stave off the enemy combatants, with the guns utilizing a new 'clip' action reload feature.
John Brennan, Commercial Director at Brent/Namco believes that Terminator has all of the credentials to be a massive hit with arcade players. He explained: "Not only does the game benefit from the brand values of the Terminator movie but it also has huge visual presence and kerb appeal. The clip action reload is a fantastically compelling feature which gives the game a very healthy level of repeat play. Not only will Terminator Salvation be one of the highlights of EAG, we are confident that it will be one of the highlights of the year ahead."
