Underneath the sunny California skies, the West Coast offices of Betson Enterprises, located in Hayward and Buena Park opened the doors for their annual spring spotlight shows. The weather was perfect and so was the timing to display some of the latest offerings for the summer buying season.
Traffic at the Hayward office was brisk as a steady flow of operators filed into the building during the day to talk with factory reps about their latest offerings. Representatives from Andamiro, Merit, ICE, Namco, Raw Thrills/Play Mechanix and Chicago Gaming were on hand to field any questions and demonstrate their latest products while enjoying a barbeque style lunch. ''I think the operators in attendance really appreciated the time the reps took in answering their questions about all the products. The reps really helped make our show a success,'' stated Hayward Branch Manager Eli Backer.
Meanwhile down south in Buena Park, the operators came out early, and stayed into the wee hours of the afternoon talking to Betson sales and factory reps about the latest amusement offerings.
Betson Buena Park Branch Manager Ron Hunt was ecstatic over the turn-out. ''The amount of attendees and duration of stay at these spotlight shows just reinforces the fact that the operating community is hungry for new, high earning products,'' exclaimed Ron.
As the California sun set, Betson closed its doors on yet another pair of winning spotlight shows. Betson would like to thank everyone that helped make these shows a success. If these events are any indication of what the future holds, Betson and their customers cannot wait for tomorrow.
