DNA Association Achieves Major Developments
The DNA (Digital Out-of-Home-Entertainmnt Network) Association announced today in a media release the progress and latest developments since it's founding.

The association, originally founded by Kevin Williams, marks major milestones for this rapidly growing affiliation of individuals and companies.

The release announces the inclusion of the first fifty new found members to join the association, the signing of a major book publishing deal, the launch of a new Yearbook service to support the growing association, and the bestowing of the first 'Honorary Member' into the Association.

The Fifty Member Milestone is the first on this list of announcements made by the DNA today. Members come from all throughout the key areas of the Out-of-Home- Entertainment sector, comprising amusement, attractions, retail, hospitality, edutainment and leisure.

The DNA Associations founding chairman, Kevin Williams, announced some of the names that have signed up to support the association, "I am honored to reveal that names such as SEGA Amusements, NAMCO Entertainment Inc., LAI Games, UNIS and Raw Thrills are just some of the amusement corporations that have joined the DNA this year."

"Likewise respected names such as Brunswick Bowling, Sound Leisure, Simworx, Creative Works and Dave & Buster's from the attraction and hospitality areas of the DOE sector are few of the total that have added their names."

Kevin continued, "In launching the DNA Association, I have been amazed by the groundswell of support from all ranks of the industry - and I would like to offer my thanks for all the encouragement we gave received, looking forward to working alongside you all to make this organization a beacon of innovation and growth in our respective sectors."

With the welcoming of their first fifty Founding Members, the DNA Association has also announced the bestowing of its first 'Honorary Membership' to industry visionary Nolan Bushnell, who has been credited for his work in establishing the early video amusement business. He is the the first of what will be an exclusive number of the associations alumni to recognized in this capacity for their contributions to the DOE sector.

The support of these members will be put in writing later this year when a new book is published exploring in-depth the DOE market and key developers and visionaries responsible for its emergence.

The title of the book is "The Out-of-Home Immersive Entertainment Frontier" and it includes a detailed overview of the business, as well as exclusive interviews with over sixty executives directly linked to the creation and development of the DOE sector, including interviews with Nolan Bushnell, as well as with representatives from Raw Thrills, Triotech, Apple Industries, Oculus LLC and Brent Bushnell from Two Bit Circus to name a few. Gower Publishing will release the paperback later this year.

The association has also signed on for another book project as well. It is an exclusive agreement for the creation of a DNA Yearbook in order to publicize opportunities in the sector and will cover the association, membership and the DOE sector.

The Yearbook is to be released in November an d will be available through a unique agreement between the DNA and the publisher 1878 Media.

The association is also looking towards the future with soon-to-be-announced plans for a special gathering of members and supporters for the end of the year and the 2014 two-day DNA conference.

Also watch out for updates to the DNA Association website, their social networking platforms, and possibly a brand new newsletter targeted exclusively at supporting and promoting activities and developments in the DOE sector.

The release concludes by saying, "Efforts are now underway to continue the growth of the DNA from this phenomenal start - with a special emphasis on increasing the number of members, establishing affiliations with likeminded[sic] organizations, and building the scope of services and activities that are exclusively available."
