Kevin Williams to give Keynote Address at LEVEL Summit in Glasgow
Kevin Williams, Chairman of the DNA Association and the Founder/Owner of KWP Ltd., will be joining the LEVEL Summit 2014 as a guest speaker giving a Keynote Address on the topic of DOE (Digitial Out-of-Home Entertainment).

The LEVEL Summit is a workshopping and networking conference focused on the live and out-of-home entertainment industry. Ian Nuttal explains, "We want to differentiate ourselves from the many performing arts and culture meetings by bringing together the broader live entertainment venue business community. So, there’s a simple concept behind this event. It is that all venues(irrespective of size, type, market or location) can learn from each other. After all, the business goals are the same aren’t they? More guests in, staying longer, and coming back more often?"

As the next generation of audiences start coming into the market, the demand for innovative interactive experiences in entertainment is increasing. Kevin Williams looks at this phenomenon, stating that the next generation of audiences are 'digital natives' who want more technological interation and are more concerned with a creative and interactive experience, rather than just things that sort-of do stuff.

The title of the address is 'DIGITAL NATIVES vs DREARY SHOWS' and will be on Tuesday 14th October at 5pm. The program states, "Digital Out-of-Home Entertainment (DOE) is having a big impact on the audience experience landscape. Often established on a ‘pay per use’ basis these DOE interactive experiences are transforming the customer experience in shops, cinemas, museums, galleries – almost any environment where consumers are congregating. Kevin will explain how the ‘digital native’ audience of today demands a level of engagement and interaction that has never been seen before."
