Pokken Tournament by Bandai Namco Entertainment
Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced dates for new location tests and a stage show for Pokken Tournament, which will showcase all new details about the game.
There are two new location tests which will be taking place this week in Osaka and Chiba from April 18th-19th from 9AM to 11PM.
Following these test will be the NicoNico Chokaigi, happening bnext week, where all new details will be revealed, including Pokemon (one or more) chosen from the Twitter campaign, when BNE asked fans which Pokemon they’d like to see in the game. This is pretty exciting, as fans had loads of amazing suggestions for the Tekken-based fighting game.
Bandai Namco Entertainment also announced that the stage show will take place on April 26th at:
– Japan: 11.30AM to 12.30PM
– Europe: 4.30AM to 5.30AM
– UK: 3.30AM to 4.30AM
– North America (East): 10.30PM to 11.30PM (April 25th)
– North America (West): 7.30PM to 8.30PM (April 25th)
The stage show will include a slew of famous (or infamous in some cases) guests, which is sure to revamp the hype previously felt before we all got distracted by Dissidia Final Fantasy and Tekken 7. These guests will include Ayana Tsubaki (MC), Imakuni - who will make a special live performance of “Pokémon ieru kana?”, Katsuhiro Harada (Producer, Bandai-Namco), plus lots of actors who love Pokémon taking part in the exhibition.
