AMG Leisure Changed Name to UK Gaming Solutions

AMG Leisure (UK) has changed their name earlier this month to UK Gaming Solutions following the disqualification of high level staff and their spouses.

A new company was formed two weeks ago following the disqualification of two directors and their wives from distributors AMG Leisure.

According to Intergame Online, “The AMG partnership of Mark Sowray and Alexander Auckland gave undertakings, together with their wives, not to hold directorships or control a company until June 17, 2027. Their company, in Ripon, Yorkshire, England, went bust in 2014 owing nearly £1.2m.”

The new company directors of UK Gaming Solutions are listed as Carl Bearman, Francis Auckland and Tony Bowman. UK Gaming Solutions will operate out of offices at Harrogate, North Yorkshire in England.
