Play the arcade version of Mario and Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games at EAG 2017
One of the most talked about arcade games of 2016, Daytona 3: Championship USA, will be available for visitors to EAG International 2017 to play.
Sega has said its highly anticipated arcade racing game will be set up to play in its EAG booth when the show takes place in London next week.
Sega has also announced which other games it will be showing at EAG. These include:
Luigi’s Mansion Arcade
Mario and Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (arcade edition)
Target Bravo: Operation Ghost
Let’s Go Island: Dream Edition
The new Daytona arcade racing cabinet features three brand new tracks on top of the three original courses which have been remastered.
The cabinet’s 47” LED monitor has the ability to link up to eight players and is lit from top to bottom.
New game features include a live in-game camera system, live TV-inspired spectator video billboard marquee with 27” display and the introduction of Sega-IQ Intelligent Service Menus to help with troubleshooting.
In Luigi’s Mansion Arcade, players must guide a clumsy Luigi through huge ghost-infested mansions on an action-packed ghost hunt just for arcades.
Flash your Strobulb at the ghosts to stop them in their tracks and use the Poltergust 5000 to vacuum up the stunned ghost’s energy.
Not only will you have to capture ghosts, but also solve puzzles and battle monster sized bosses.
Mario and Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games is a four-player cabinet that brings the two characters together in the same arcade game for the first time.
In the game, players compete in nine events, including 100m freestyle swim, hammer throw and archery.
The game takes you to the Olympic Stadium where you can choose from a legendary cast of characters including Luigi, Knuckles, Peach, and Tails.
Target Bravo: Operation Ghost puts players in the shoes of highly trained special force agents.
It is a two-player game that features new weapons, gadgets and equipment as well as the ability to start at any stage in the game.
Players must use precision shooting and quick reactions to complete the mission.
In Let’s Go Island: Dream Edition, players are on a South Pacific island diving tour but soon end up in trouble with dastardly and despicable pirates.
Players must work together to survive everything the island has to throw at them.
EAG International 2017 takes place between January 17-19, 2017 at the ExCel London Exhibition Center in London, UK.
