The greatly anticipated Halo: Fireteam Raven has made its Australian debut, with its first appearance at Timezone Macquarie Shopping Centre in Sydney. The game will continue to expand throughout the country in August, making its way to Timezone's in Peth, Melbourne and the Gold Coast
The Sydney debut also included a social media contest in which customers could enter by stating why they wanted to be the first to play the new arcade game. The winners, two customers with creative Facebook comments not only got to be one of the first people to play the game but were given a years worth of Timezone Power Play credit. The 405th Australian Regiment, the largest Australian Halo cosplay community also came to take photos at the event and encourage people to get involved in the action.
The four player game boasts a 130-inch, 4K screen and 5.1 surround sound, with players being able to verse their friends or scan a QRC code to upload scores to their Halo Waypoint account.
