Konami Co. said Monday it has bought a full stake in U.S. casino management system developer Paradigm Gaming Systems Inc. for $12 million through its wholly owned subsidiary.
The acquisition is a key component of Las Vegas-based Konami Gaming Inc.'s strategic product offering and growth plans for the casino industry, Konami said in a release. Konami Gaming manufactures and sells game equipment for casinos in Nevada.
