The Lucky Snake held a VIP opening last weekend for the $7m Lucky Snake. Built by Philadelphia developer Bart Blatstein, the CEO of Tower Investments, The Lucky Snake is the largest amusement arcade on the US East Coast and has opened at the Showboat Hotel, Atlantic City, New Jersey. The venue also includes a sports bar with a boxing ring, e-sports gaming area, live entertainment and a "speakeasy".
The sports bar covers 25,000sq.ft, while the arcade cover 100,000sq.ft and is rich with memorabilia as some of the games date back to the 1950s (such as Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and Star Wars). Housing mini-golf and duckpin bowling, The Lucky Snake also includes the world's largest crane machine which occupies a floor to ceiling spot.
