Konami Announces New Product - Martial Beat
Konami recently unveiled it's lastest game Martial Beat. Konami is well known for it's range of Sport/Fitness products which includes the highly successful Dance Dance Revolution Series.
Konami is going on release Martial Beat for both arcade and console systems. The game is split into a number of mode including Practice, Fitness & Attack. In each mode the player is greeted by real life instructor that will prompt the player to perform tasks. The movement of the player is recognized by a series of sensors. This is where the arcade and console game will differ. The home version has 4 sensor which are attached to the players hands & feet. Where as the arcade version features non-contact sensors mounted on the machine that more accurately determine the direction and speed of the player's action.
