Namco appoints new distributor for Spain
Namco Europe has appointed Covielsa as its new distributor for Spain. The agreement, which covers the entire Namco portfolio, was confirmed at a recent meeting held at Covielsa's head office in Lleida.
Gary Newman, Namco Europe's sales director said: "We are delighted to announce the appointment of Covielsa. Spain is an extremely important sales territory and it is therefore vital that we are represented by a professional organisation such as Covielsa which has an in depth knowledge of the market."
The appointment of Covielsa follows the January 2002 opening by Namco of a dedicated sales office covering continental Europe and the appointment of the former Nova Games employee Kjeld Erichsen to the newly created post of International Business Development Manager.
