Amusement maker aims to be bigger
FUNFAIR amusements maker UK based company Elton Games is hopeful that its £700,000 share offer will be fully subscribed by the end of the week. The Southport company plans to trade shares via the Ofex dealing service as part of an aggressive expansion programme.
It has also earmarked a site at Southport Commerce Park for a factory and offices. Elton makes mechanical horse and camel racing games that can be found from Blackpool to Las Vegas. Although each game sells for around £65,000, many customers easily recoup that and more in just a year of trading. So the company intends to make more profits by offering franchise operations.
