NAMOA Trade Show Dates Announced
NAMOA, in conjunction with the Australian Vending Association (AVA ) is holding a Trade Show "The Amusement and Vending Exhibition" at the Sydney Showground on Friday 1- Saturday 2 November 2002. NAMOA is also conducting an Awards Dinner at the nearby Novotel on Friday evening.
The Trade Show is located within the "Southee" complex, RAS Homebush and there are some 36 booths available being a combination of 3x3 meters and 3x2 meters in size. The show dates and times are;
Bump in 5.00pm Thursday
Show days Friday 1st & Saturday 2nd November
Time open 10.00am - 5.00pm both days
Bump out Saturday after show closes - out by 12.00 midnight
Insurance Public Liability Insurance of $10,000,000 cover from each exhibitor at every stand/s is required. Copy of policy endorsements is to be presented to secretariat one month prior to opening day.
It is a Trade Only show but will be open to the public on Saturday from 1.00 till close.
No children allowed. Entrance fee to be further discussed.
The Sydney Chamber of Commerce provides a Secretariat to Associations using their office and we have elected to use this person (Marjorie) to handling the bookings for the Trade Show, therefor all exhibitors must register through her. For more details please phone 02 9948 7704 or Fax 02 9948 7705.
