FX recently launched their new website which includes customer interaction and technical support. The website, which can be accessed at
www.fxsimulation.com has undergone major re-development.
The new site now includes a very comprehensive technical support section,which has all the latest manuals available for download, technical bulletins, machine improvements and an online problem solver designed to help engineers analyse and fix faults.
There is also more emphasis on customers who have been on the U2 Mirage and want to comment about there experience. Managing Director John Fleming said "We feel that in this era of technology a company's website is one of the first points of contact with their customers and as such we want our customers to be able to find all the information that they require."
Due to the number of people within the trade who were hoping to see FX Simulation's STV at ATEI but missed it, FX Simulation have a special section dedicated to the STV (Simulator Transport Vehicle). It contains specifications and information on the fire engine as well as pictures.
