Probably the standout machine was Konami's "RPM Red", an 8 seater driving machine which offers much more - custom build your car and race against other drivers. The feedback of players was that the machine still needed a little fine tuning, but the concept was really excellent. Also on Konami stand there was Winning Eleven 2003, Guitar Freaks 9th Mix, Drummania 8th Mix and different medal games such as Fantastic Fever.

Sega showed Virtua Cop III as from player reports, the game play and "feel" is excellent with players rating this ahead of Time Crisis III. Also shown by Sega was their new "F-ZERO AC" space driving game. The overall finish of the machine was excellent and whilst most people saw the games potential, space driving games normally do not earn close to games based on real car driving circuits (Initial D, etc....).

Sammy again impressed visitors with their new Atomiswave system. They have now refined some of their inital development games and will launch with a full range of driving, shooting and joystick style games. These include - Sports Shooting USA, Maximum Speed, Dolphin Blue, Demolish Fist, Premier Eleven, Guilty Gear X, and Sushi Bar.

Other products at AOU included, Time Crisis III, Toyko Cop, Battle Gear III, Matrimelee and a number of products only suited for the Japanese market.

Please excuse our delay in this report as we have been waiting for factory's, friends and visitors information. Over the next week almost all the products at AOU Japan 2003 will be online. Please follow the below links for more information;
